Indybel Returns Information
We hope you are happy with your Indybel products but appreciate that at times customers may need to return a product.
How long do I have to return a product?
We accept returns within a time period of 28 days from the date of receipt, although we can only issue a monetary refund if you return your product within 14 days.
For a credit card refund your product must be returned within 14 days from the day received. ( you can also receiver an exchange or voucher within this time frame)
Returns received between 14 and 28 days will be refunded with an Indybel voucher or can be exchanged for she same item in a different size, colour etc or for anther item of matching price.
If you receive an item which is faulty or damaged through no fault of your own you can return it to us within a reasonable time period.
Can I return something once its been opened?
Only if the item is returned to us in its original condition, in general the rules below apply to all returns.
The item must returned in pristine condition and in its original packaging and with any labels or tags in place.
We cannot accept returns on items which have been used, broken by the recipient, damaged by the recipient or have no packaging
We cannot accept items which are returned after 28 days.
Will my postage be refunded?
If we receive the item in the correct condition we will refund your original purchase price including the original postage ( if the product is received within 14 days ) or exchange the item for one in a different size, colour or for the same cost or issue you with an Indybel voucher which can be used on the sit, if the item is received within 28 days.
Please note, we are unable to refund return posting and packaging, except in the case of the product being faulty.
How do I send an item back?
We recommend sending your item back to us via the post office. For larger items or for those who cannot easily get to a post office we can suggest other safe and cost effective ways for you to send returns to us.
When returning an item please email us at
letting us know why you are returing your product and the date you have sent it back to us. If possible please give us your customer or invoice number which you will have received in an email when you made your oder and tell us what kind of refund you would prefer or give details if you would like an exchange.
Once we have received the email we will know you are sending your product back to us.
Secure the product in the packaging in which it arrived and send it back to us at

As soon as we receive the returned item we will ensure you are reimbursed as requested.
Please allow at least 7 working days from the time we will receive your product for us to process the payment.
