How does delivery work?
We offer all our customers in Spain a secure, fast and economical courier delivery service ...
Indybel Standard Delivery ( National )
* We aim to have your purchases with you within 48 - 72 hours. Occassionally packages do take longer. If you have not received your order within 5 working days please don't hestiate to contact us so that we can track your order for you.
* All packages will be sent with a secure courier service
* Indybel Standard Delivery is avaliable within mainland Spain
* Price is standard for all order sizes and weights

Indybel International Delivery ( Europe / Selected Countries )
* Mail and/or courier service to European and selected Countries for all packages under 1 kg. Please allow 4 - 14 days for delivery.
Price : 15€
Larger packages sent overseas need to be individually priced for delivery. To obtain a quote please email info@indybel.com telling us what you would like to order and where ( Country / City ) you would like the item delivered. We aim to get back to you with a selection of delivery quotes within 24 - 48 hours.
How about if I live outside of mainland Spain, in the Islands or abroad?
We ask customers who would like a delivery to the Islands ( Canaries, Balearics ) or Portugal to contact us so that we can arrange the most economical delivery for the specific size of the package. We aim to return all queries within 24 hours and still dispatch the order within 48 hours, so long as the items are in stock.
We ask you to do this because as you are probably aware normal courier rates to the Islands and Portugal are very expensive. By dealing with each request separately we are able to offer better and more economical options.
We can arrange a 5 – 7 day delivery for the Canary Islands which costs approx 7€.
We are also happy to send packages to the UK, other countries in Europe or to other continents. Simply enter the shipping address including your country when you register and the shopping system will offer you a delivery option specific for your country. If your package is small you will be offered a
standard International Option, for medium and large packages you will be asked to email us for an individual quote. This is soley so we can insure we arrange the best and most economical price for each individual. Quotes for shipping should take no longer than 24 hours to obtain if recieved on a normal working day and we thank you for your patience in this matter.
The price for Indybel Standard International Delivery is a flat rate of 15€
Please note, to qualify for International Delivery your SHIPPING ADDRESS must be based in a different Country to your Spanish Billing address.( if ordering from inside Spain )
International deliveries take between 4 - 20 working days depending on the country in question.
Large packages to International addressses are billed individually. If you would like to send a large package to the UK or elsewhere in Europe please email us for more details at info@indybel.com

Do you deliver to the United States?
We can deliver to the United States but ask that customers contact us for an individual courier based quote. This is so we can ensure the package arrives quickly and safely and is fully trackable.

How long will my order take to reach me?
We aim to dispatch all deliveries within 24 hours of our receiving your order (and a cleared payment) subject to items being in stock.
Office hours are Monday – Friday 10am – 6pm and Saturday 10am – 2pm. Orders made outside of office hours or on bank holidays will be dealt with on the next working day and in most cases should still be dispatched within 24 hours so long as items are in stock.
We aim that all orders reach their destination within 48 hours of our dispatching them, although occasionally due to circumstances beyond our control this may not be possible.
Please therefore allow 72 hours for delivery, although in most cases we estimate your items will be with you within 48 hours of our sending them.
So in other words, your order should be with you approx 3 days after you make it and hopefully earlier!
How will my order arrive?
We send most of our orders to mainland Spain and the Islands by courier. We have chosen to use a courier service as this is more secure for you and we can easily track the progress of your products. We would recommend selecting one of our courier services as this will guaruntee the safe delivery of your product.
If you choose our Correos postal option your package will be delivered via the normal Spanish postal system.
Delivery is only available on weekdays. There is no delivery on a Saturday, Sunday or national or local holidays.
What if I’m not at home?
If you are not home when our courier calls, two further attempts will be made to call you and arrange a delivery time. It is very important that when you fill out the order form you give us the best address for weekday delivery and a phone number where you can be easily reached in the case of not being available at the time of delivery.
If our courier is unable to deliver the goods after two further attempts the goods will be returned to Indybel and we will contact you.
In this case we can offer a refund voucher for the item price, but NOT for the cost of delivery or we can re-deliver your items, but in this case you would be required to pay additional delivery costs.
Urgent Delivery
If you require urgent next day delivery, perhaps in the case of a gift box or urgent item, we do operate a 24 hour courier service upon request. For more information on prices to your area please contact us at

We do not offer this service at our checkout but can easily arrange it for you so please don’t hesitate to get in touch. This service is only available if the items are in stock and if the order is received before 11.30am on a normal working day.
