Purchase Agreement
As a customer of Indybel Nine Months and More SL you agree that you are responsible for making your purchase in a responsible manner.
By agreeing to our purchase options you are agreeing that it is your responsibility to maintain your account and the confidentiality of your password and account details and to make your purchase from a secure computer. This site is intended for adults and is not recommended for children. We recommend that parents and guardians who give permission for their minors to use the site, heavily monitor their children throughout their visit. We do not recommend allowing minors to purchase from the site. We reserve the right to refuse a payment or terminate an account or cancel an order if we feel a purchase has been inappropriately made or necessary information has been incorrectly supplied.
Communication, Emails and Correspondence with Indybel Nine Months and More SL
Office hours are Monday Friday 10am 6pm and Saturday 10am 2pm. The office will be closed on Saturday afternoons, bank holidays and in the case of an unforeseen emergency.
During office hours we offer an open line of communication for our customers via email, telephone or mail. In the case of our being able to attend to your enquiry immediately, we will endeavour to answer all queries within 24 hours of their being received.
Outside of office hours we provide an answering machine service for clients wishing to leave a message and will endeavour to answer all queries within 24 hours of their receipt on the next working day. Email and mail queries will be dealt with in the same manner.
By visiting our site and making a purchase you consent to receiving email confirmations for your purchase, additional information about Indybel Nine Months and More SL services and email confirmations from our payment processor. By sending an email to us you consent to receive an email from us in return. Email correspondence from Indybel
Nine Months and More SL will usually relate to the query posed by the customer. From time to time, when we feel that it is appropriate, we may choose to send you an information email about new products and special offers.
You are invited to send us comments and suggestions regarding the site and our products. We take very seriously the sending of obscene or threatening material, defamatory or invasive text or any correspondence that may contain a software virus or form of commercial solicitation and reserve the right to deal with this situation in a way we deem fit and proper.

Indybel Nine Months and More SL have worked hard to set up good relations with reliable and competent suppliers. All products and their workings are copyright and responsibility of the individual suppliers and subject to their own terms and conditions, certifications of warranty and safety certifications and not Indybel Nine Months and More SL who are acting solely as a commercial agent.
Suppliers agree to provide Indybel Nine Months and More SL with the product, a reliable description and where possible images. As such any inaccurate findings should be reported to Indybel Nine Months and More SL but are ultimately the responsibility of the supplier.
Any accidents or problems relating to the products are not the responsibility of Indybel Nine Months and More SL, but should be taken up with the supplier.
All packages are supplied by experts in their field. Indybel takes no responsibility for an individuals experience with any of the packages or package suppliers. However if you are unhappy with a package we would be grateful if you could let us know and explain why, so that we can decide whether to continue to offer that package to other customers.

Product Descriptions and Information
We take great care to ensure that the information written about our products is fair, unbiased and accurate and where possible pictures are of the actual products. Sometimes however it is not possible to show the actual product and we will therefore do our very best to offer a picture which is a true illustration of the product on offer.
We also advise customers that colours and dimensions can vary depending on computer screens and settings.
Any special offers or discounts offered on the website are offered at the discretion of Indybel SL and can be changed or ended at any time as chosen by the company. Special offers and discounts are web based only and are not applicable to the prices that may be offered at Indybel Baby Showers, product parties or events and fairs. Likewise discounts and special offers may be offered at Indybel Baby Showers, product parties and events but not on the website.

Privacy
Privacy is about protecting the personal information you give us in order to create an account on our site and make a purchase. We want you to feel safe and secure when shopping with us and therefore regard the privacy of your details as of the utmost importance. By using and making a purchase on our site you agree to accept our code of practice as regards privacy.
In general we try to operate by obtaining the minimum of personal information from you, however some details are necessary in order for us to fulfil your requests and give you the best service possible. Other information is necessary simply for us to be able to complete your shopping requirements.
All the information you give us is stored securely in our website. We do not give your information to any other parties or associates unless absolutely necessary to complete your order.
The information you give our payment processing centre Paypal is separate to that given to us and is subject to their own privacy agreement. We have chosen to work with Paypal as they are a company who specialise in financial transactions over the internet and who understand the importance of security when making credit card transactions. Using a specialist company means we do not need to see or hold any of your credit card details unless you would prefer to enter into a direct transaction with us.

Indybel Delivery Charges
Within office hours we aim to despatch all deliveries within 24 hours of receipt of delivery and receipt of a cleared payment, subject to items being in stock.
Office hours are Monday Friday 10am 6pm and Saturday 10am 2pm. Orders made outside of office hours
or on bank holidays will be dealt with on the next working day and in most cases should still be dispatched within 24 hours so long as items are in stock.
We aim that all orders reach their destination within 48 hours of our dispatching them, although occasionally due to circumstances beyond our control this may not be possible. Please therefore allow 72 hours for delivery, although in most cases we estimate your items will be with you within 48 hours of our sending them.
Currently we courier all our orders to all mainland
Spain and the
Islands.
We have chosen to use a courier service as this is more secure for the customer.
By using a courier we can track the progress of your products and all goods will be delivered to the home or office address of the client. Once goods have reached their destination they are no longer the responsibility of the courier or Indybel
Nine Months and More SL.
If a customer is not home when our courier calls, two further attempts will be made to call the customer and arrange a delivery time. It is important therefore that when filling out the order form clients give us the best address for delivery and a phone number where they can be easily reached in the case of not being available at the time of delivery. If our courier is unable to deliver the goods after two further attempts the goods will be returned to Indybel and we will contact the client. In this case we can offer a voucher for the item price, but NOT for the cost of delivery or we can re-deliver the items to the client. If a customer chooses to have the items re-delivered they will be required to pay additional delivery costs.
Delivery is only available on weekdays. There is no delivery on a Saturday or Sunday.
We offer two delivery options.
48 Hour Delivery

These prices are applicable for mainland
Spain only. We ask clients who would like a delivery to the Islands ( Canaries, Balearics ) or
Portugal to contact us so that we can arrange the most economical delivery for the specific size of the package. We aim to return all queries within 24 hours and still dispatch the order within 48, so long as the items are in stock.
5 7 Day Delivery
For clients who would like the option of a less urgent and more economical delivery we also offer a standard 5 7 working day service. This is only available for products weighing 1 kilo or less.

Please note that in many cases a delivery will arrive within in 3 5 working days, however in some cases and to some areas delivery may take the full 7 working days.
Delivery is only available on weekdays.
There is no delivery on a Saturday or Sunday.
Delivery is via a standard courier service, insured and hand delivered to the clients address.
This service is applicable for mainland
Spain and the
Canary Islands. However we would advise clients in the Balearics or
Portugal to contact us for individual prices.
Urgent Delivery
For clients who require urgent next day delivery, perhaps in the case of a gift box or urgent item, we do operate a 24 hour courier service upon request. For more information on prices to your area please contact us at

This service is only available if the items are in stock and if the order is received before 11.30am on a normal working day.
We are happy to send packages to other countries in
Europe or to other continents. If you would like an overseas delivery please email us at info@indybel.com
with details of the items you would like to order, where you would like them sent and the timescale in which they are required. We will then aim to respond to you with a price within 24 hours.
Out of Stock Items
We try to ensure that all items are always in stock, however due to transport times, delivery and situations out of our control we cannot always control when stock will arrive in our offices. If your item is in stock we will aim for it to be with you within 48 hours of receipt of payment / or within 4 5 days depending on which delivery option you choose. Orders not in stock will be sent as quickly as possible but please allow at least 7 days for your order to be processed.
Payment facility and Information
We accept payments on the website via Pay pal who are a secure server card processing facility. Pay pal accept all major credit cards and you can make payment in your own currency. Pay pal does require some personal information from you in order to make a payment. The information you provide is stored by Pay pal and not shared with Indybel. We recommend all users read the Pay pal terms and conditions carefully before making a purchase in order to understand the Pay pal privacy and security policies which may differ to the policies set out here by Indybel. Indybel is not responsible for your Pay pal transaction.
For clients who would prefer to pay Indybel directly, we offer a direct bank transfer service to our account in
Spain. The IBAN number is posted at the checkout and customers who would like to take up this option can organise a transfer from their own bank to ours using this IBAN number. Please be aware that your bank may charge you for this. Transfers may take 2 or 3 working days and we will not be able to despatch your order until the payment has cleared in full in our account. Our account is held at the Banco de Andalucia in Fuengirola.
Returns
We hope you are happy with your Indybel products but appreciate that at times returns will need to be made. We do therefore accept returns within a time period of 28 days
from the date of receipt, although we can only issue a monetary refund if you return your product within 14 days.

For a credit card refund your product must be returned within 14 days from the day received. ( you can also receiver an exchange or voucher within this time frame)

Returns received between
14 and 28 days will be refunded with an
Indybel voucher or can be
exchanged for she same item in a different size, colour etc or for anther item of matching price.
We can only accept returns under the following conditions

The item is returned to us in pristine condition and in its original packaging and with any labels or tags in place.
·
We cannot accept returns on items which have been used, broken by the recipient, damaged by the recipient or have no packaging
·
We cannot accept items which are returned after 28 days.
If we receive the item in the
correct condition we will refund your original purchase price including the original postage ( if the product is received within 14 days ) or exchange the item for one in a different size, colour or for the same cost or issue you with an Indybel voucher which can be used on the sit,
if the item is received within 28 days.
Please note, we are unable to refund
return posting and packaging, except in the case of the product being faulty.
We recommend sending your item back to us via the post office, however we also can suggest other safe and cost effective ways for you to send returns to us. For more information please email

If you receive an item which is faulty or damaged through no fault of your own you can return it to us within a reasonable time period.
Before returning an item we would appreciate it if you could send us an email stating why you are returning the item and the date you have returned it. To ensure a safe return we recommend you take the package to your nearest post office and send via an insured delivery service. We cannot take responsibility for packages that are lost during the returns process.
Once we have received the product and providing it is received in its original condition we will then refund your credit card, issue an exchange or send you a voucher.
